Project Outline: 

Replace the 48 existing rotor poles in Unit 8 hydro-electric generator (320 MW).

Work scope includes: 

• Working as the Owner’s representative,
• Providing Quality Assurance (QA) engineering consultant service,
• Participating in daily contractor tailboard meeting, and generating daily and weekly report,
• Witnessing and verification of the measurement and test programs in the site, and
• Ensuring work safety on site.
