Project Outline:
Replacing the 48 existing rotor poles in Unit 8 hydro-electric generator (320 MW).
Work scope includes:
Working as the Owner’s representative,
- Providing Quality Assurance (QA) engineering consultant service,
- Participating in daily contractor tailboard meeting, and generating daily and weekly report,
- Harmonizing the construction service between the contractor and the project owner, and
- Witnessing and verification of the measurement and test programs in the site.
